The City of Tshwane Mining Sector Study was once again one of the projects where I was able to combine both the skills I had developed as a town planner, in this case specifically research, and as a graphic designer. My main responsibilities were: (1) Assisting with the research on the mining sector activities in the Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality; and (2) Creating a Booklet that summarised the main findings of the study with a focus on graphic communication that was easily understandable and digestible. I was appointed as part of the ‘Enterprises at the University of Pretoria’ Team.
